Repeat dispensing enables pharmacists to dispense regular medicines to suitable patients, according to an agreed protocol, without the direct involvement of the GP surgery on each occasion a repeat medicine is required. This is available as a free NHS service
One-off Prescription Dispensing
If you have a one-off prescription, Bottisham Pharmacy will also be able to quickly and efficiently dispense your medication. We stock a large range of prescription items, so can dispense most prescriptions on the stop, however we have fast access to a larger range of items so can notify you when your medication is ready for collection.
There is no additional charge to use our online repeat prescription manager, however if you would normally pay for your prescriptions, you will still be required to pay the current prescription charge. You can pay for your medication either when you collect it in-store, or pay the driver in cash upon delivery. Alternatively, we may contact you to take payment over the phone, or send you an online link.
Our free home delivery service is offered to all patients living nearby to the pharmacy who are unable to visit the pharmacy to collect their prescription for medical reasons.
If you are not eligible for our free home delivery service, or live a distance away from the pharmacy, a member of our team can discuss delivery options with you using a Royal Mail Tracked service.
Yes! Our online prescription manager allows you to manage the medication for multiple patients using one account. You must first register using your details, then once logged in you can add as many patients as you wish. You will have a separate prescription list for each patient and need to select which patient you are ordering for before starting the order process.
Using our online repeat prescription manager you can order your prescription 24 hours a day on either a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device.
