Will I recieve a free delivery service?
As long as you are located within Cambridgeshire, we will deliver to your address on a set delivery day. Free of charge.
Can I collect my medication in store?
Of course you can. We are also a fully operating high street Pharmacy. Feel free to pop down to the Pharmacy and meet the team! 8 High Street, Bottisham, Cambridgeshire, CB25 9DQ
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours can be found on our website and Google Business Profile. Please check before visiting, as opening times may vary during bank holidays.
How do I order a repeat prescription?
You can order your repeat prescription through Our Bottisham Pharmacy app which you can download on the Apple app store or Google Playstore. Alternatively you can also order through your GP surgery, the NHS App, or your GP's online service. Once you've nominated Bottisham Pharmacy, your prescription will be sent to us electronically for dispensing.
How do I nominate Bottisham Pharmacy for my prescriptions?
Simply ask a member of our team or update your nomination through the NHS App or your GP surgery. Once nominated, your electronic prescriptions will be sent directly to us.
How long does it take to prepare my prescription?
Most NHS prescriptions are ready within 1–2 working days after your GP has approved them. If your medication is urgent, please speak to our team.
Can someone else collect my prescription?
Yes. A family member, friend or carer can collect your prescription on your behalf, provided they know your details and the prescription is ready.
Please ensure if they are collecting a controlled drug, they bring a form ID such as Driving License or Passport.
What should I do if my medicine is out of stock?
Occasionally manufacturers experience supply shortages. If this happens, we'll do our best to source your medication or advise you on the next steps, including contacting your GP if an alternative medicine is required.
Can I speak to a pharmacist without an appointment?
Pharmacy First allows eligible patients to receive advice and treatment for certain common conditions directly from the pharmacist without needing to see a GP first.
What conditions can Pharmacy First treat?
Depending on eligibility, Pharmacy First can provide treatment for conditions such as:
